Welcome to North Carolina!

The state is typically broken down into three regions from West to East: the Mountains, Piedmont and the Coastal Plains. It is an amazing place to enjoy Nature in its diversity from the large number of waterfalls to the stunning forests and ocean sightseeing.
Minerals and gemstones occur in abundance!
You can thank the farmers when you’re out strawberry picking at one of the many spots that pop up ding the spring.

The state motto is “Ease Quam Vederi,” which translates in English to “To Be Rather than to Seem.”

Connecting Consciousness membership has been growing rapidly in North Carolina. New members join every month excited to meet like-minded people that value Truth, Freedom and Peace.

At the age of seven, I found myself rallying a neighborhood in raising funds to support cystic fibrosis and being featured in a prominent newspaper as a young entrepreneur. Highlighted in media could not compare with the feeling of making a difference and serving others!

My journey began in NC where my dad taught me that spiritual life is grounded in nature. My family moved to Maryland where I dedicated fifty years in a career helping make a difference in education. Finally, I returned home to my beloved NC, where I was able to recover peace and reclaim the love – a name that I am so blessed to have and a heart that holds such love for people and animals.

My life journey led me Simon Parkes and an amazing group of like-minded people in Connecting Consciousness. Our travels have only begun, but with the skills, talents, and gifts of each of our CC members, we can be the springboard to serve humanity.
